Pros

Great benefits and work life balance offered

Cons

They make you feel guilty about using your benefits. Managers come and go annually, poor immediate direction and communication. They allow higher ups to abuse those below them and ask employees to turn a blind eye. Too bad because the company itself is great except for the employees who ruin it.

Pros

Good benefits. New $22 per hour minimum wage. Thriving company.

Cons

Filled with a lot of bad managers. Pays lip-service to caring about you as employee. Will work you to death as much as possible. Has no real company cohesion, no consistent culture throughout. "Competitive" pay is inconsistent. Sins of commission & omission by managers are tolerated if line of business has a good bottom line. This includes sexism, inappropriate friendships, and open favoritism shown to sycophants.

Pros

Great benefits, holidays off, set schedule

Cons

The people who make decisions for your job have never step foot in the branch. Upper management doesn't care if your branch is understaffed, they expect you to perform and hit goals. "what have you done for me today" culture
