Pros

WOrk from home until a middle manager decided to exert their “authority”and punish us by making us go back to office so we could all get COVID and they could kiss up to their manager about what a tough && they are. Meanwhile all of our families are exposed to unnecessary illness.

Cons

Micro managing; inexperienced Unengaged managers that have no idea how to do anything except call pointless meetings and making in office presence a punishment for not making more business out of thin air while they roll along making disastrous decisions.

Pros

Growing company. Pay decent. Benefits okay.

Cons

Technology & innovation is barely existence. Outdated processess & outdated systems, wayyy behind time compared to their competitors. No one knows anything from 1 day to the next. Training program is outdated computerized training. No hands on, no mentor, no nothing. No structure, very unorganized.
