Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Great place to work prior to the merger.

Cons

Poor management. The merger ruined things for what was once a great bank.

Pros

- Work flexibility (hybrid, remote) in certain departments of the bank - Benefits Package

Cons

- CEO and the C-Suite Executives--Poor Leadership at the very top which has resulted in poor bank performance and mass exodus of employees - Toxic culture - Pay for Performance is Non-Existent (1% Merit Pool Increases year over year) - Work/Life Balance is a Real Challenge (too many leaders and not enough workers)

Pros

Benefits, work life balance, that’s it

Cons

Teammates hardly put forth any effort. Management is a joke. Pay not in alignment across job grades.
