Pros

-Laxed environment -they match 4% of your salary to 401k -you get 2 weeks vacation after 2 years -prepare for a lot of hours

Cons

No leadership -No mentoring -Only a select few will ever get training -they low ball your salary based on the living in Lubbock, TX. Good luck if you live elsewhere. - cut throat

Management sucks (always on your case and assumes that you can't do your job), LOW pay!!! I'm glad I got out while I still could

Good Pay, physically easy.

Cons

rude and unprofessional techs and customers. incompetent HR is always messing up pay checks, taxes, benefits, etc and then is unreachable to fix. promotion based heavily on nepotism. environment is often tense if not all out hostile. benefits suck. no development of employees.
