Pros

Company car, and travel. The company car is nothing to right home about, and cannot be used for personal time at all. The travel is exhausting, and you don't have time to enjoy any of it.

Cons

Big scam. After the second week turned out to be a cleaning job under cashier lanes in grocery stores. They call it preventive maintenance (PM). You will be on your hands and knees scrubbing under nasty cashier lanes where there is rat traps, etc. Very little technical work, mostly manual labor. Pay is average but not worth it compared to what you are doing. They will try to screw you out of overtime and operate on a very tight budget. You can see the stress, anxiety, and depression on the employees faces, they are just desperate for a job and are putting up with it until they can find something else. The whole time I was there, I kept hearing about former employees, I wonder why? Do yourself a favor and keep looking, it's nothing like I was told.

Pros

Relaxed culture, interesting coworkers, and they match up to 4% of your 401k. Once you learn all of the software it's not a hard job. The work stress comes more from the volume of work and lack of adequate training rather than the overall difficulty.

Cons

They don't treat managers very well. My manager is worked to the bone and run ragged, and he's not even compensated adequately for it. Upper management does not seem to care about paying people enough or making sure employees are able to maintain a good work-life balance. They rarely give raises, and boy does it show. I have coworkers who work HARD for this company and they haven't had a raise in years.
