Everything they preach is smoke and mirrors
Pros
Coworkers were nice, paid health insurance and pet insurance
Cons
They do not care about your work/life balance. The trainers are awesome but once you’re out of training, it’s like you know absolutely nothing because they are forever changing how to deal with situations, send out multiple emails where you’re only allotted 15 minutes before and after your shift to try and read a stack of documents (good luck tho because that’s all you get to finish up your work at the same time.) Then if you mess up because you didn’t have time to read 7 email updates sent out within a few hours, you will get attitude from your leaders that just send you website links instead of actually helping you. In the last year they’ve stacked work load/expectations merging with chewy but also cut the bonus structure. When chewy is paying MORE for their agents to know 1/4 of what we do! Last but not least, the benefits. Lots of PTO but was almost never actually able to submit it, there was rarely a good chunk of time where you could get more than 2 days off at a time months in advance (unless you babysat the calendar allowing you to put requests in as soon as it was live.) If you need to use any other benefit expect short answers and attitude from payroll and the benefit team. This is a cold, high stress, corporate job that in my opinion is not worth anything that they offer.
