      Pros

      The product is great and the company truly cares about pets and their customers.

      Cons

      People are treated and paid differently. A lot of new people are offered better pay and hours than most of us that have been working here for years. Managers and supervisors do not stick to what they promise. It is a very unfair and disorganized environment.
