      Pros

      Compensation package is decent, PTO, sabbatical opportunities, stock incentives, health benefits, etc..

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for upward mobility unless you becomes friends with higher ups. No straight forward and consistent performance management, ad-hoc salary increases rather than regular/consistent cost of living increases. Work environment is very "high school" like.

      Dogs in the office 24/7, friendly communicate, casual culture, inclusive environment for all types of people, passionate employees with similar values, great medical benefits

      Cons

      Not even close to enough pay to live on, glass ceilings for most jobs in terms of raises and promotions, huge discrepancy between upper management and lower employees in terms of pay and attitude for what is "livable"

      Management is shady. One particular manager is extremely deceptive and has a lot of power. Use caution if you plan on staying a while.
