Support from team managers, fantastic benefits, truly want to help the clients

Cons

If you push against bad policies, they can be retaliatory. Culture used to be we are all one team and the culture was supported. Now the company culture and DNA is talked about a lot, but actions don't support the words.

Great benefits and you basically get a third check every month with the bonus.

Cons

Terrible communication and transparency. You really have to learn as you go, which is hard with this job. The people who call in can be incredibly abusive. Support is minimal now as they changed how they provide support to call center employees. They do not like coworkers communicating with each other either. Upper management tried to delete our whole team chat so we could not all talk. Changes are made constantly with little to no communication. Everyone hears something different. The job is incredibly isolating. Very hard to move up. Your mental health will suffer here. It used to be better, but clearly the company is struggling and the contact center employees are feeling the weight of bad business decisions.
