Pros

The ability to lead special and talented people with unique skills is what Trupanion lacks in a big way. I've witnessed many good people who love(d) this company in a constant confusion over direction and new managers. I've been in TP support for over 6 months. I've witnessed constant disrespect for these Territory Partners out in the field. I feel at times that the CEO should be more aware of the managers and the oil that is used to operate the day to day operations.

You can grow, but your salary won’t by much; PTO is good; most of the people are amazing; 5 week paid sabbatical for every 5 years of employment (but I was laid off 2 months before I hit my first 5 years so I didn’t actually get to experience that perk)

Cons

No 401k matching; salaries aren’t great; really just a stepping stone if you’re trying to grow in your career.
