Pros

Mid-level and front line team members are great - friendly, welcoming, hardworking.

Cons

Every critique you read here about senior and executive leadership is true. They may be strong "business people" but they are remarkably unskilled in "leadership." No emotional intelligence, lack of self-awareness, no clue how to make good decisions, and ripe with cronyism and favoritism. Oh and the pay and compensation philosophy is outdated and unfair.

Pros

Trupanion invests in lots of diversity equity and inclusion efforts, and the HR team really cares about people and not just the company! Love working with folks from different departments. Hiring is quick and seems really fair from our end.

Cons

Leadership sometimes puts out information that can be confusing, and comp analysis changes a lot. We are competitive in the field but could be paying more for many roles.

Pros

Projects move in fast pace, on demand way but for my standards things move at a very steady pace. There is a great work / life balance culture, awesome benefits and I get to work with PETS

Cons

Agile work culture often results in hectic, rushed projects. Spaghetti.
