Thanks for sharing your experience! I loved hearing your positive comments about your coworkers and manager. I'm also glad to hear that the pay is better than your previous line of work! As the company grows and our automated software becomes more prevalent, it's true that some of our roles need to grow and change, including bringing on more support from our awesome team in Manila. Sometimes that change can be hard, especially if it's not communicated in the right way. People Operations is currently building out a training program specifically around change management.
