Pros

PathDefender is a rapidly growing company. There are many opportunities to learn and improve job skills. PathDefender also promotes from within.

Cons

PathDefender has two locations, one in San Francisco and one near Dallas so communications with the other team are mostly through email, phone or video chat. That being said, the teams support each other well and the distance has not been a problem.
