Pros

Not many? Brought in food, relaxed casual work place. Some of the people were enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend working there lots of lies.

Cons

Lie and cheat to sell. Not much training. Told to blast the phones, annoy people till they buy a useless product.

We had an inside sales team in Plano TX that we moved to San Francisco. Our office in San Francisco is in the Union Square area and houses our entire team now. We do have inside B2B targeted selling for both products supported by marketing. The products actually provide services for ecommerce websites such as security, PCI certification, Security Certification, Business Reviews, Product Reviews. Each manager provides a training ramp period with a mentor for new employees.

Pros

The culture at PathDefender, both professionally and personally, is the strongest I've seen and it definitely comes top-down. The founding execs are bright, positive, fair, and transparent leaders who leverage past successes in driving the company mission. They legitimately care about everyone at the company and challenge everyone (including themselves) to grow and succeed. Other perks - great office in downtown San Francisco, lunch provided daily, beer on tap, fun events and a great team to work with!

Cons

Not enough hours in the day to accomplish all we want to.

This review is early in our company history. TrustedSite (then PathDefender) was dealing with managing the McAfee SECURE business services. This was a building period in our company as we rebuilt many of the services and marketing. Today all services are doing well. Sinc this reviewers post our customer base grew from 5,000 to over 200,000 with over a dozen partners from Shopify to GoDaddy.
