Pros

The ability to work in a true 'team environment' where everyone looks out for eachother. The great hours also allow for a higher quality of life outside of work.

Cons

Working remote can sometime create somewhat of a disconnection, but overall I can't complain.

Everyone has a encouraging work ethic. Definitely a 'team' vibe. Location is great - the hustle feel of downtown adds a nice pace to the day.

Cons

Not much to say - work is work some days!

- Startup culture with products that are already well-established and new products on the horizon - Opportunity to carve your own path and grow within the company - Autonomous work environment - Positive and fun culture and employees - Constantly improving and innovating - CEO and upper management really care about each individual on the team - Flexibility and work-life balance

Cons

Again, constantly innovating. This can sometimes make for a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, which isn't a fit for everyone.
