there are some nice people to hang out with and people who are very knowledgable

Cons

there don't seem to be many opportunities for growth. Been doing the same job for 3 years one of the lowest salaries in the market, they don't generally pay well and when a colleague asked for a pay rise he was refused it.

Not many. Salaries seem okay. Some good people at the lower levels.

Cons

Totally unprofessional. Loads of middle management dinosaurs who have always done it their way. No support and very few processes. Some really basic things that you would expect to be done but people have never thought of or no desire to make better. Like a company working 20 years ago. Lots of managers who just think life is about working. I would avoid this like the plague, it seemed to be really struggling when i left.
