      Management ignores chaos and doesn't bother to have a structure

      I only think of one thing here. They paid me a decent amount for doing my job, and it was okay

      Cons

      This place is so chaotic, and the management is to blame for it. They ignore the need for a proper structure and avoid taking responsibility for anything. It created chaos and confusion. It also led to many stressful situations. Please avoid it if you can't handle chaos and want leadership support. Beware!

      Management can't be pleased when they actually pay us awful salaries!

      What I learned most was to think of myself first before anything else because that's what others do too.

      Cons

      There's no job security, management will put the blame on you, then fire you if that's what serves them best. They act hostile, horrible, and can't be pleased when they actually pay us awful salaries.
