Pros

Great team! Very collaborative and fun. Beautiful decor.

Cons

Lack of variety in activities; i.e., we are only seeing individual patients all day (up to 7 per day)

Pros

We have an hour a week baked into our schedule for group clinical consultation. Everyone I've met/worked with on both the clinical and operations (business) side is whip smart, thoughtful, supportive and excited about the mission. All of the operations team members feel like they genuinely want to help make our lives as Two Chairs clinicians much easier. I'm continuously impressed by the caliber of clinicians who work here - I learn from people everyday! I appreciate that all clinics are intentionally staffed trans-theoretically so I get to consult with and learn from therapists who have a completely different way of conceptualizing and intervening. Also, the clinics are beautiful. There are tastefully decorated (mid century modern) therapy rooms - many of my clients have complimented our decor. Last, but not least, we have great snacks. I've never worked somewhere that pays for snacks for their employees so this was bonus!

Cons

The rapid pace of change of the start up environment can be challenging - especially in juxtaposition to the thoughtful 'slow' pacing of being a therapist. Although I get a sense that management is mindful of that contrast when they roll out new, improved systems and technologies for clinicians, it still means that we need to change and adapt which over time can get tiring. On the plus side, all of the rollouts have ultimately made it easier for me to book/change appointments, track my client's attendance and chart my sessions.

Pros

"community", good pay, CEUs "provided but not promised even if you attend and complete

Cons

This comany focuses more on the image they carry than their quality to their employees and clients, just looking at their linkiden will prove it. Very little is posted on mental health, just on how great it is to work there. They only want the bottom dollar. Like a sheep in wolfs clothing, they are a tech company disgused in mental health care
