Pros

The benefits are great Hours were great Remote opportunities in the call center were great!

Cons

Management sucks- Every manager gives different information Hours- we use to be able to select the shift that was accommodating but then they started shift bidding and this outrageous points system No work life balance Keep adding more work for us to do but do not increase pay accordingly. Cutting down the call center which is 100% remote by 30% and removing remote jobs completely is outrageous! Not to mention moving entire departments overseas is hurting the employees that wanted to be with the company long term. This new CEO is not it. Our time is valuable compensation is the name of the game so compensate for the extra that you are asking for from the Call center employees.
