Pros

Typical call center. Great management. Opportunity to improve and advance within the company. In that department, you were off every other weekend. Luckily, I chose the overnight shift 4:30-12AM. I’d go back in time and work for them again! No regrets.

Cons

CSATs for customers who call in and get news they don’t want to hear.. impacting the employee’s metric.
