Pros

MyTime Holiday Pay 80 hours vacation time Employee assistance fund

Cons

High call volume! Calls are back to back no time in between. Bank lock cards for the dumbest stuff just to give employees workload. No room for advancement they want you to take 4 trainings to be fully fraud trained I extra money either. Management is terrible there is no culture. No room to grow it’s impossible to move up they only open positions for specific ppl not for all to apply. Long hours. I can go on and on.
