Pros

The work environment and management are very positive and make sure to provide there agents with the support needed in order to ensure smooth production.

Cons

Metrics aren’t as strict but a bit more flexibility would be nice.

Pros

The job was fairly stable in terms of pay, with increases yearly. The benefits were there. Medical insurance, health insurance dental insurance. However I did not opt for these choices. I would say that in the grand scheme of things if this is something you are looking to create a career out of it may be best to look elsewhere. I found that it was a bit difficult to move up and they keep you working constantly so you never have the energy to put into trying something else.

Cons

Meeting metrics is always put as priority and no matter how hard it is if you aren't meeting the metrics that is what you will hear about in your one on ones with your manager.
