Pros

Big size company makes for a good setting if you like corporate america. Good team members and business partners to work with.

Cons

career advancement was limited in the area I worked. Management had clear favorite employee(s) based upon how the employee would complement them.

Pros

The people I worked with were all very nice.

Cons

As a teller you are performing the same repetitive task over and over. Even though it's busy, it is boring. When it is busy, it can be very stressful.

Pros

Very small-town vibe Generous compensation (esp with vacation and 401k matching)

Cons

Still suffering from middle mgmt syndrome Technologically challenged (from the branchs all the way to corporate) Innovators are siloed off from the rest of the company Difficult to build a long career here in anything other than traditional financial arenas
