      Pros

      The only good thing about this company is the fact you get an opportunity to help veterans.

      Cons

      The management is horrible from the top come down. The turnover rate is high because of the horrible management they have. The culture and work environment is not healthy. Most people there really have no clue and the training is limited. The HR person at U.S. Vets Houston is totally horrible and is by far the worst HR person I have ever come across. She has no clue what she is doing upon hiring she kept asking for the same paperwork over and over because she lost them. When she gets a complaint she does nothing about it. Do not complain about anyone there they would make you feel as if you are the person who has done wrong. Overall, go there to work at your own risk and see for yourself.
