Pros

There is an inclusive and fun company culture, yet still professional. This is the first job in years where I look forward to coming to work. Employees are treated like adults and nobody watches the clock on your behalf. Anyone can succeed here if you take the initiative.

Cons

The pay could be better, especially considering the heavy workload.
