Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, toxic work environment. Constant gossiping, Very high turn over rate.

Pros

It is exciting to be part of UES as we expand across the country. Individual offices are autonomous, but benefit from being part of a large scale corporation.

Cons

Pay scale is low for administrative staff. The nature of our business puts us at the mercy of the weather.

Good pay and benefits. Very welcoming.

Cons

Make sure you get negotiated benefits spelled out very clearly and distinctly. They use grey area wording to not follow through on negotiated benefits.
