Pros

None. Company only cares about making a profit. They pay the employees the bare minimum .

Cons

Poor Corporate Management team. Very much a dictatorship ! VP of HR never listens or respects employees. He lives in a bubble and that is the way he manages. His way or the highway.

Pros

Really good start to a career with definite room for growth. It's a smaller company and has smaller company growing pains, but overall is a good job with great coworkers.

Cons

Pay isn't as competitive in some departments. Don't be afraid to keep knocking for growth opportunities.
