Good Company To Work For

Pros

They're flexible with your schedule if you have kids to take care of at home and if you're willing to work hard, you will always have a job.

Cons

Management is old school and they don't always agree with new ways of doing things. Also, they are not very competitive when it comes to what you want for an annual wage.

Pros

With rapid change comes frequent opportunity. This is the land of opportunity and is a great fit for someone who is OK with change, and can weather the occasional storms from said change. Lots to do, lots to see, and this company can really take you places.

Cons

Mission is strong and drives the decision making - understand what UES is there for and ensure it aligns with who you are, and your personal core values. If there's alignment, it's golden. If not, you might find yourself in an uncomfortable pace or lost in looking for your personal 'why'.

Pros

Loved my team, autonomous work, freedom to make own schedule, family oriented, cared about mental health and well-being. Have added 15+ companies to Universal umbrella in the last year.

Cons

Tracked reps with GPS via a phone app. Commission structure could be a little better. Have added 15+ companies to Universal umbrella in the last year.
