Enjoyable place to work and the company treats you like family. I've work with many different people from a variety of offices and enjoyed working with every single person.

Cons

Sometimes overworked but no different to any other engineering/environmental consulting company. The number of paid vacation days is lower than other companies ive worked for, but its marginal
