Pros

Great health insurance, and benefits. Many efforts in place corporate wide to improve customer and employee experience. Good opportunities for growth; furthering one's education is encouraged. Many good things happening on the clinical side. Flexibility in work schedule to maintain life-work balance.

Cons

Human Resources not always user friendly; some inequities. Some operational inefficiencies.

Pros

We have some of the best physicians anywhere. I have real confidence in their skills and expertise and i would put my medical concerns in their hands. I enjoy the employees they are congenial and many are very hard working and passionate about what we do. We emphasize work life balance. We have a new President- Russ Armistead and he is FANTASTIC!! He has gone above and beyond to keep all of the employees in the communication loop and has made it a point not to hide and be openly available to ALL. He listens to suggestions for improvement from everyone and actually does them if they are possible. The information about the CEO is incorrect below

Cons

Middle management need alot of training. Very little opportunity to grow within the company.
