Pros

They work with you on needing time off. There are usually many opportunites for advancement; and they offer tuition reimbursement. The Health Insurance offered is excellent along with the 401k.

Cons

The starting salary was much lower than what I had expected. Having worked at UF Health Gainesville they pay substantial more. They do not allow overtime or allow you to work part time in another department; which would be nice to make up the difference in the lower salary.

Pros

Amazing supervisors, coworkers and veterans to the call center are kind, compassionate and understanding. It was a great experience working with them.

Cons

Compensation was not quite worth the experience with patients, the systems used to communicate with other clinics were not efficient to meet the expectations of patients.

Upper management works hard to communicate with all levels of staff. Great patient care, safety, and research are high priorities. Many positive and caring staff/clinicians who have been here for many years. Very high standards of practice.

Cons

Middle/upper management can be political or power-driven. Established and/or large systems are the hardest to change, even when it is obvious that change is needed.
