Cons

You will not get consistent support from the leadership, who often argue about firm direction and cannot agree on a common strategy for growing the firm.

Great work life balance, supporting managers and staff

Pros

Overtime pay for all employees. Supportive staff, seniors, and managers. As an intern, I was treated just like a new hire. There were occasional department happy hours and the per diem for meals per day and hotel were very reasonable during my travel.

Cons

I felt like the amount of projects were less than the available staff during my internship time there. There may be an unspoken code just like at any other company in which if you are on good terms with or know manage, then you are more likely to be picked up for a job/project rather than be unassigned at the office.
