Cons

During the busy season hours can bit a high. Work is pretty demanding but enjoyable. Most people leave in 3-4 years.

Cons

The downsides of working for UHY Advisors 1. They do not compensate for their employees hard work. 2. They are cheap when it comes to lunches, travel, hotel, charities, most areas. 3. They hire just about anyone making a difficult work environment. 4. You can't trust upper management, they feed employees what they need to hear. 5. They underbid projects, bring in too many projects and do not consider staffing issues. The staff is just expected to live at the office.
