Good place to learn the business, but then again, so is any regionally large CPA firm.

Cons

The current business model doesn't seem to be earning the firm any new business, The theme for the Boston office in '08 is "Hire'em then Fire'em"

The best reasons to work for UHY Advisors include the fact that as a new staff accountant, you are provided with a lot of education in both audit and tax.

Cons

The downside at UHY Advisors are definitely the long hours, lack of work/life balance and senior management is not the easiest to work for.
