      We've been thrown so many curve balls and leadership can't handle them.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and I love my coworkers but that's about it now.

      Cons

      Raises were awful for top performers. We get like company stock called rsu now and basically have our money held from us to stay. Unlimited PTO? Use it and so many things will change whole you're gone you'll never catch up. I wouldn't be shocked if they canned us all soon. We're being micromanaged constantly even when we're hitting goal. Managers do not understand what business developments goal is now besides making numbers look big on a piece on a report. I know my number is important. I get paid on it. We do not need to be talked to like we're in the third grade.

      Pros

      Benefits have been improved recently to include "My Time" which is marketed as unlimited vacation time, too new to tell if this will actually be supported by management.

      Cons

      Executive and other senior leadership is unwilling to take action on bad management and when unethical actions are brought to their attention the executive level doesn't do anything about it. Its unfortunate that a strong employee would have to choose to leave a job that he/she is good at due to unethical Director/Sr. Director level management. Very counter productive for a company claiming to be a "Best Place to work".

      Benefits, trust in employees, flexible work options, great mission and great products

      Cons

      "Our Purpose is People" used to be true, but then they laid off 2,400+ with an email (or worse, a fedex label to return your computer.) I absolutely loved my team and our work. Many on the team had been there 10 or even 20 years, laid off without a word. It's unacceptable to claim "Our Purpose is People" when you treat our own in this way.
