Everything Racist Sexist Untrustworthy If you want to quit or put in your two weeks, you get a hard time but if they want to fire you they do it that day and watch you clean out your office. And you have to sign an agreement in your termination not to go on social media and badmouth them.

I was promoted 3 times and had great reviews from the customer. My contract was ending October 1st, so I applied for a government position. I was the fired for not meeting customer expectations. The customer was my reference for the job I applied for! I got the job, but will never recommend this company. 3+ years and they let me go for trying to find a job before they lost the contract.

Flexible hours, ok PTO, they pay for some classes that are not too expensive

Cons

STD benefit is a joke. The maximum pay is $700 per week. Not even a full 60% of your pay. They don't have parental leave. So if you are pregnant and want support, you may need to look for a new job. You will only get $700 for 6 weeks. I don't think they truly care about supporting women in the workplace.
