Pros

Descent pay for a short amount of time in a day.

Cons

Getting promoted is a joke in this company. This company proves time and time again that they are sexist and racist. They will promote a male employee over a female even if they have no experience, unqualified, and no education. You are expected to beg for a promotion in a position that really does not pay all that great for full time management working 12 plus hour days. Only Full Time Management gets a bonus, but Part -Time Management are the ones who do most of the work. A full time management employee is just someone who is there to get yelled at when things go wrong by the higher ups.

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay and a relatively decent union

Cons

Little opportunities for advancement including driving. Outside of being a driver there are even fewer avenues of advancement.
