Pros

Job Security, Benefits (hands down the best I have ever seen), you get paid to work out, they cover College Tuition, great people to work with. If you don't like to work hard this is not the job for you. If your afraid of people yelling or being overly aggressive (not to anyone, just in general) this is not the job for you. Also you will learn valuable skills if you harass HR and take ever "helper" opportunity you can. I was able to get a much higher paying engineering job because of some of the industrial maintenance experience I was able to receive.

Cons

Have to keep track of your hours, ecspessaly around peak season, there have been many cases where hours were forgotten or missing.

Pros

The starting pay is higher than most entry level positions, and you are guaranteed 3.5 hours 5 days a week. Overtime pay happens after only 5 hours of working, but don't expect to get any most of the time unless it's Christmas.

Cons

The management acts like drill Sargents and will actively try to rush employees to work quickly and unsafely as well as asking untrained employees to do higher paying jobs without offering the raise unless you ask. They prey on new employee's ignorance of the rules and their union contact to their advantage. Supervisors are offered bonuses for getting the most work done with as little employees as possible so a lot of abuse goes on. (sending people home and working with a small team that they rush) The company suffers from chronic understaffing due to the difficulty of physical labor and poor management. Also the hours suck particularly if you work the night shift from 3 am to 9 am. During Christmas be prepared to work 12 shifts from nov-Jan.
