Rough, but rewarding!

Pros

I am fortunate to have supervisors that are able to be flexible with my schedule needs. The better you are as an employee, the better you will get treated. While they expect you to move fast and work with precision, their is more to being a good employee. Supervisors value a respectful attitude and a willingness to do any task they ask you to complete. Tuition reimbursement is a great perk!

Cons

The hourly rate is on the low side, but when taken in consideration of the entire compensation package, its not too bad. The job can be very stressful at times.

Pros

Ideal learning environment if you're looking for the traditional corporate experience. Great opportunities to work in different functions. Tuition reimbursement is available.

Cons

Old school managers' resistance to change undermines the organization's efforts to attract and retain talent with new programs (i.e. Teleworking).
