Pros

Benefits, and vacation package. You have the day to yourself.

Cons

Pay, morale from employees as well as upper management. Hostile work environment most days. My upper management demand so much but give you nothing in return, not even a descent raise. I tell all the people I encounter that are pursuing a supervisory role not to do it. It is not worth it at all. Stay as a union employee. My job is threatened all the time and they have even asked me to resign once and I smirked and told them to fire me instead and 3 years later still here. They don't want to pay unemployment therefore they'd rather have you quit. Your immediate supervisor will try to belittle you front of all of the employees you supervise which will lead to them disrespecting you too if you let them. Ghetto atmosphere as well. You'd think you were in the streets of the ghetto. Sadly this is a real review by someone whom has and is experiencing this first hand. One more thing, horror management will tell you to do something it will be the wrong decision then they will play the blame game and it's all your fault. If you can't defend yourself your job is on the line. Also there is discrimination (completely against the law)

Pros

Some of the drivers are fun to work with. Lots of exercise! And uniforms are provided.

Cons

They are very strict. They are strict about attendance and strict about uniforms and hair/shoes. If you don't have enough availablity in the holiday season, they let you go and mark your name as a "do not rehire".

We hope to provide more clarity to employees in the future regarding training, especially during the holidays. Although it is challenging, the hard work from Seasonal Driver Helpers does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate your dedication.

Pros

The culture is fantastic, the flexibility my current role allows, and the overall benefits package is competitive compared to the industry.

Cons

The salary for new hires is significantly higher due to the change (or cessation) in retirement plan benefits. No longer an incentive for new hires to remain long term and frustrating to tenured employees with salaries that are now less than market value.
