      Pros

      Lots of hands-on learning. Great teammates. Get lots of exercise from getting in and out of package truck on delivery route. Learned to be very speedy and courteous at the same time during customer interactions.

      Cons

      Riding in a package truck is cold, and if you are on rural roads with winter frost heaves, watch out, it's bumpy! All told, however, an excellent experience.

      Other employees are helpful with getting to know the ins and outs of UPS.

      In the Dubois Center, favoritism is super high. A handful of drivers finish at 5pm every day while the rest of the drivers are out until 8pm. Divide the work load equally. Management at Dubois is just a bunch of young kids who have no work experience whatsoever. Rules and company policies are only applied to certain employees. Disparate treatment is very high. Upper management needs to look into some of the background of the managers here, and also some of the employees. It is not a joke when managers are saying comments about drug deals out of the back of the brown trucks. Check some of the criminal records of the people employed here. Also, more than 50% of the employees at this depot have been fired from other companies. Do your homework upper management!
