Management changes brought a new philosophy to the IT department. Firstly, the architecture side was corrupted and then the actual decision makers were replaced with people that don't have a clue. Secondly an experiment in internal downsizing mixed with off-shoring most of the IT teams led to shoddy products that always came in late and never met requirements.

This company is unfair to employees at ALL COSTS whether it be you are resigning or even if you are currently employed! The pay is horrible; they give you quarterly bonuses and a yearly raise but the yearly raise is no more than .15 cents. This company is worth $250 million and they don't even take it into consideration when they give bonuses. When resigning they were giving the employees a bonus; when giving them a 4-week notice and working till the very last day of the year they declined to give me the bonus due to that I was resigning. VERY UNFAIR!!!!! Wrote an email to the head CEO, the CEO of the region office, and the Head of the Board of members, and no reply! please don't give this company even the fighting chance! They are super inconsiderate!
