Pros

Very dedicated to their employees. They're the only company I've worked for that understands that happy employees make for happy customers. Can qualify for an annual bonus based on previous year overall company performance. They offer an amazing work/life balance.

Cons

Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits kept declining each year. More expensive for the coverage's and less actual coverage. It is very difficult to make any changes once you are settled. If you would like to grow, move up, or move to a different area; it's almost impossible. If you leave the company, they treat you like you never existed with them. If you try to do the right thing and turn in 2 weeks notice they usually ask you to leave right away. They're great while you're working for them but if things turn another direction, be careful.

Pros

The benefits are good although the health insurance was much better last year. (Thanks to Obamacare) My coworkers are mostly very nice. Some employees are able to work at home. The members for the most part are great to talk to. If you want to stay in the same job forever, this is a great place to be to collect a paycheck because we are overworked. They can't hire people fast enough to meet the demands of the claims that are coming in.

Cons

You can work there for years, have a good performance review, and have an advanced degree and not even get an interview for positions within the company in which you are overqualified.
