Pros

Pays relatively well, bonuses, lots of upfront PTO, some really good managers/VP's, easy to make friends with peers

Cons

Constant call centers with heavy sales, not upfront about what the job entails and what the expectations are, over-sells their 'work life balance', hard to get PTO approved, managers cross inappropriate lines, two promotions come quick but after that they are stagnant even with high sales numbers, managers can take away things that make your day easier (cancel team meetings/team building) schedule changes are promised but RARELY given

Pros

Great benefits, nice people, awesome medical, I personally like open communication with management and I feel they do listen with the exception of upper management but that’s at any company

Cons

Changes that make no sense, have to work overtime to get things done. They don’t say you need to work the over time but you get in trouble if you don’t meet metrics and the only way to keep on top of your workload is to work the overtime
