Basically no pros at all.

Cons

Everything. Micromanagement, low morale, no hope of getting off the phones. Zero life work balance, constantly forced to upsell to unhappy customers. Completely degrading weekly meeting with manager when you are told everything you did on a call is completely wrong....the list goes on and on.
