Pros

Great benefits like 8% matching on 401k, full onsite gym with showers and lockers, alot of things to do recreation wise, quiet rooms and energy rooms with games.

Cons

Back to back non-stop incoming calls, tedious billing calls makes you feel like a glorified customer service rep instead of actually feeling like an Insurance agent. Micromanagement, constant pushing to sell sell sell even though you don't make commission but you'll get a bonus check at the end of the year that's a small percentage of performance. Low pay compared to other companies for the same type of work. Most of the good positions are almost always avail in San antonio Texas....

Pros

Great benefits and a nice profit sharing in the spring

Cons

Performance does not matter at this company... if you drink the Kool-aid then you at least have an opportunity, otherwise you can forget a promotion or raise. Given enough time they will FIND a reason to part ways with you.
