      Pros

      The salary and benefits are above industry standard once you have been with the company for awhile. New employees are hired in lower than normal, but move up very quickly, too quickly and usually do not have the experience they need to be a manager.

      Cons

      Extremely high pendings with unrealistic expectations and time limits , all levels of employees are micromanaged. Numbers are more important that quality claims service and customer care.

      Cons

      You are a call center employee. They run it like a factory job. No reward for outperforming your peers Lack of flexibility with regard to vacation time. You have to plan over a year out.

      Great benefits (pays for tuition in designated degrees), fair pay, good training, promotes within, yearly bonus, yearly raises if you preform well

      Cons

      You will feel small and that your ideas don't matter, they won't work with you on scheduling, your process improvement suggestions are disregarded, back to back inbound calls with the expectation to make outbound calls on your new claims or problem files, culture is similar to a mega-church
