Pros

Good benefits overall, really care about the members, cares about employees.

Cons

Call center environment, outdated salary caps not keeping up with the cost of living, promotions based on interview skills vs proven skills, changed/loss benefits for tenured employees.

Pros

Depends on what your job is. Lots of perks and the campus is amazing.

Cons

If you have to work anywhere in the call center, the stress level is unbearable. Other areas, can still be stressful, but also challenging.
