Good luck ever getting off the phones. I've gotten my degree, done special projects, won awards, etc. The only thing I can get an interview for is more phones. This company is very perfectionistic. The communication is poor. Every year they change goals, and I don't know my new target until 1st quarter is over, or almost over. Technical and compliance are ridiculously picky, and you have to chase your manager down to find out what you missed, not to mention they are constantly changing.
