Pros

The benefits provided are second to none.

Cons

Unfortunately, it would appear all of the money that could be geared towards compensating employees seems to go towards those benefits. Additionally, there are some policies that can make growing within the company a grueling chore.

Pros

Pay, benefits, annual bonus. Best company if you have an off the phone position which is rare.

Cons

Overworked, very little opportunity to advance. Extremely micromanaged.

Pros

Great Benefits Great co-workers New Healthy food initiative helps cut down the price of lunch on facility by a lot. Amazing gym facilities for extremely low cost next day PTO has been a lifesaver when life happens

Cons

Close to no chance of upward movement under 5 years. Sales are not commissioned so no matter how well you do, you might get a free cup of Starbucks Employees are a dime a dozen and in this position it is a revolving door. In 3 years, 2 of my original training group of 20 people were there and even they were ready to leave. 35 minute lunches really gives you no time to relax from back to back incoming calls all day.
